What does it cost?
Prices differ from country to country and depend on what country you're from. You'll see your price when you select the country on checkout.
How do I buy from this website?
Simply pick and click on the item you want (or on the "Order" link, if it is a ringtone) and a small checkout window will popup.
Select your country, complete checkout and pay for your order. Your item will then be sent straight to your mobile phone!
How can I payment?
You can conveniently pay by Phone, Text or credit card.
If paying by Phone, we suggest using your HOME PHONE, as cellphone rates are more expensive!
Can I preview the ringtones first?
Of course! Simply select the desired song title by clicking on it, and your computer media player will then play the tune for you.
I've paid, but haven't received my item yet!
The reason may be one or more of the following:
- Purchased items are NORMALLY delivered instantly, but SMS orders can take up to 24 hours to arrive, due to local network congestion. So, please be patient!
- Try your WAP connection again - it may not have connected the first time.
- Make sure you're getting a signal on your phone. If there's no signal, the delivery can't get through.
- Did you make sure your phone is compatible BEFORE ordering? Unfortunately, NO refunds can be given for incompatible orders! Sorry.
If you have checked all of the above and still haven't received your item, please submit a Support Request. But please make sure you supply all relevant information, including the make of phone, order details, etc. Your support request will be handled expeditiously.
I want to order, but can't find my phone in the dropdown list. Can I still order?
NO. If your make of phone is not on the list, it is NOT compatible with our products, and your order will not work. Please note that NO refunds will be given for incompatible orders!

Do I have to subscribe to your services?
NO, you only ever pay for the items you order. We do NOT require a monthly subscription and we WON'T charge you for unwanted ringtones via reverse SMS, like some unscrupulous companies do.
